The Addition of a New Carving in the Chamber

On November 18, 2021, the carving of the Seven Grandfather Teachings was unveiled during a moving and momentous ceremony in the Legislative Chamber. Present were Elders, singers and drummers from the Indigenous community, the artist and his family, along with the Lieutenant Governor, the Speaker, Members of Provincial Parliament, and other special guests.
